During the six seal, the unregenerate will fear the one sitting on the throne and the lamb. Will they not know that the Lamb is Jesus? Why will the remnant not believe in Jesus from that point on?

The scripture you are referring to is:
Rev 6:15 (NIV) Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 They called to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?"
The fact that He is called "the Lamb" in this passage does not mean that these lost people will not realize who He is.  In fact, we are told...
Luke 17:23 (NIV) Men will tell you, ´There he is!' or ´Here he is!' Do not go running off after them. 24 For the Son of Man in his day will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other.
I believe every eye will see him and they will know exactly who He is - and they will know HE is returning.  But since when does seeing make you believe?  Sure, I think many will believe from that point on, but think of all the times in the scripture that people saw - but nothing really changed.  For example, Elijah on Mt Carmel and the fire that fell from Heaven, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace, the miracles of Jesus, etc.  Many did believe when they saw, but many more did not.  In Rev 9:20 we are told...
Rev 9:20 (NIV) The rest of mankind that were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood--idols that cannot see or hear or walk. 21 Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts.
I believe the world will know that the judgment of God has come.  But, remember also the passage in 2 Thess 2...

2 Thess 2:9 (NIV) The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, 10 and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11 For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

This very question is what makes the Day of the Lord so fitting.  Mankind has rejected God for so long, and finally, they will reject Him openly and obviously even in the face of His impending judgment.
