If the rapture will take place after the powers of heaven will be shaken (6th seal), how is it so peaceful the scene (men in the field, women grinding at the mill)?

The 6th seal "powers of heaven will be shaken" is referring to the sign of the Day of the Lord. This is when the sun will be darkened, the moon turned to blood and the stars fall from the sky. This is described in Joel 2:10,31 and 3:15; in Matthew 24:29; Mark 13:24; Acts 2:20; and Revelation 6:12. This is the sign that the Day of the Lord is beginning. The Day of the Lord will be initiated by the rapture of the saints. This will happen in a single day as described in Luke 17:26-30. Therefore, it may be peaceful - two women at the mill or men in the field - at then the sign of the Day of the Lord appears and the saints are gathered immediately to meet Jesus. Once the rapture takes place the period of the Day of the Lord's wrath will begin when the trumpets of God's wrath will be sounded as described in the book of Revelation.
